Alecsia Pagani handles several aspects of intellectual property law, in particular, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and unfair competition.

She has actively participated in the organization of many editions of the annual conference of Parma on IP Law, the annual congress chaired by Professor Galli, organized by the University of Parma in collaboration with all major associations dealing with intellectual property in Italy. She has also partecipated in the coordination of the preparatory work for and publication of “Codice Commentato della Proprietà Industriale e Intellettuale”, curated by Professor Galli and Professor Gambino, and of the “Codice Civile Commentato“, curated by Professor Alpa and Professor Mariconda, III edition, of which she is also co-author.

She joined the IP LAW GALLI firm in 2011.

EDUCATION
Law Degree at the Università degli Studi di Milano, with a dissertation in International Trade Law entitled “Intellettual Property and Traditional Knowledge in the TRiPs agreement” (2010);
PhD at the University of Parma, with a dissertation in Commercial Law: Intellectual Property and Competition Law entitled “Patent protection: from amendments during examination to limitations on the granted patent” (2016).
