Filippo Bongiovanni’s professional experience in the field of Intellectual Property began in 2007 with a special interest in the topics of misleading and comparative advertising and over the years he has been specializing in the issue of trademarks, models and industrial designs protection, both from a judicial and extrajudicial perspective, especially in the area of Wood Furniture and light fixtures.

He joined the firm IP_Law Galli in 2008.

Law degree in 2005 at the University of Parma, Faculty of Law PhD in Corporate Law: intellectual property and competition (since 2013).
