Cecilia Moro mainly handles issues regarding patents, trade secrets, trademarks, designs, unfair competiton and antitrust law issues.

She joined the IP LAW GALLI firm in November 2021.

Law Degree summa cum laude at the Università degli Studi di Milano Statale (2021), with the dissertation “The prohibition of restrictive agreements under art. 101 TFEU and algorithmic collusion: enforcement perspectives and issues in the digital age”.
