Michele Papa provides consultancy and litigation services in the field of trademarks, designs, copyright and related rights, patents, domain names, trade secrets and unfair competition, with particular regard to issues relating to industrial design, art and fashion industries.
He is a teaching fellow in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Parma and regularly collaborates with the law reviews Il Diritto Industriale and Diritto di Internet. He is also a member of the Designs Standing Committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). In 2022 and 2023 he has been recognized as “Rising star” by international review magazine Managing IP (IP STARS).
He joined the IP LAW GALLI firm in March 2018.
