Angelo Rainone has oriented his training towards intellectual property law.
He mainly handles issues pertaining trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, trade secrets and unfair competition.
Winner of the ‘Portolano Cavallo’ Degree Prize – Section ‘Communication and Technology Law’ and of the 10th edition of the National Competition on Industrial Property – ‘Studio Torta’ Prize, he has been a research fellow at the University of Parma since July 2023 and is the author of contributions to the journal Il Diritto Industriale.
He joined the IP LAW GALLI firm in September 2021.
EDUCATION
Law Degree summa cum laude and with honours at the Università degli Studi di Torino, with the dissertation “The discipline of blockchain and its practical implications: the case of copyright” (2021).
