Today, the Italian Ministry of Economic Development released five calls to promote the IP rights of micro, small and medium enterprises (Brevetti+, Disegni+, Marchi+), universities and public research entities (UTT and PoC), with an allocation of € 50 million. The incentives, which can be requested from 2020, regard specialized services for the engineering, development and technology transfer (patents), to promote the manufacturing and marketing of registered designs/models as well as to encourage the registration of EU and International trademarks.
